I used to think the constant begging for sweets and the energy crashes after snacks were just… kids being kids. Until I started actually pulling up labels with my little one and making it a game to count the added sugar for the day.

2.5 cups milk of choice

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Frozen berries of choice

Instructions
In a large bowl put the oats, cinnamon and flax seeds
In a blender add the milk and protein powder and blend well.
